Takvio was born from firsthand experience in the transport and logistics industry. After witnessing how time-consuming and inefficient traditional driver hiring processes were—endless phone calls, missed connections, and hours spent on initial screening—we knew there had to be a better way.
Working closely with transport companies, we developed an AI-powered recruitment platform that transforms how businesses connect with potential drivers. Our AI assistant, Jesika, handles initial candidate conversations through Facebook Messenger, qualifying candidates and gathering essential information so recruiters can focus on what matters most: making great hires.
